A family member of mine who is a retired nurse was giving my grandmother vitamin B12 shots for a while and it has very little muscle and it’s a pain of every month to find a place with strong muscles. We tried the major muscles, but I was just wondering if it can be given subcutaneously. because another family member of mine said he could (she’s a nurse) …

I have recently been diagnosed with a vitamin b12 deficiency and have to take injections. Can this deficiency cause me to have high blood pressure? I checked it today and it was 155/89
